Shipping for both domestic and international orders is by U.S. Postal Service. Cost is calculated based on weight and location. Orders ship within 1-2 business days.
If our system over-calculates shipping charges, which often happens with orders for multiple items, customer cost will be manually adjusted downward when the order is processed and packed. You will not be overcharged.Insurance is recommended for fragile items shipped in the U.S (Insurance isn’t offered for international shipments.) Items will be packaged in a manner to prevent damage in shipment. Hobby & Crafts LLC is not liable for damage that may occur after the item leaves us.
All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation services. If you are concerned about non-delivery of a domestic package, please pay the additional amount for insurance.
International Orders
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Hobby & Crafts LLC ships promptly, and has no control over delays in customs.
